Mariana helped me in selling my home and buying a new home in 2 separate cities. I had a lot of specific requirements for my new home and also needed to do a lot of work in my home before selling it. The 2 tasks seemed impossible, until I met Mariana. From our first conversation until the end of both transactions she maintained a positive, helpful, trustworthy, professional, and considerate demeanor. When we encountered obstacles she made me feel at ease. She did many things that were above and beyond what is required, and she did it all pleasantly. She has been a great blessing to me and my family.

On a personal note, every time I asked her for advice, I felt as if I was talking to the mother I wish I had. My mother does not give me advice and this is something I am missing in my life. Throughout these 2 transactions I knew I had someone in my corner that I could count on giving me truthful and beneficial information before making some of the biggest decisions in my life, such as selling and buying a home.
