The great thing about Mariana is she gets things done. I never heard her say I don't do that or I don't call them. Them, being anyone involved in the selling or buying of a home thru the entire process. She is always by your side during the entire process even after the sale is done and final. If there is a problem she gets on the phone to help resolve it even after the sale is far over. Mrs Kostadinova is that person that actually cares about her clients even when they are no longer her clients. For my wife and I, 3 weeks after the sale she calls to ask, " Is everything good with your house?", "Are you happy?" I replied, "Thank you very much, Mariana! I am happy!" with choosing the right Realestate agent in helping my family to buy the right house for my kid to grow up in.
